Shiatsu or anma : Japanese art, which takes its source in the antique Chinese traditional medicine and the traditional massage of Japan. Techniques of pressures made on the points of acupressure (Tsubos) and the reflexe zones of the meridian lines of the body (Japanese Traditional Medicine). During the meeting of anma, the person is sitting and dressed, on an ergonomic chair, without any handling. It is a combination of series of pressures, stretchings and shavings on the back, the nape of the neck, the arms, the hands and the head. It is practised during ten minutes, and quickly gets a state of relaxation and ideal wellbeing for the follow-up of a seminar or a meeting.
